Shipping Policy

This page explains how ralfperformance processes and delivers your order, including handling times, destinations, shipping costs, and order tracking.

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed at our facility according to the following schedule:

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Central Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.

Transit Time

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the product ordered
  • Large/oversized items (riding mowers, sheds, gazebos, generators, etc.): may require freight/LTL delivery and can take 7–14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume during promotional periods.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping Costs

✅ Free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.

International shipping costs, when available, are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/dimensions.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed to you within 24–48 hours after your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier scans to update.
  • You can also check your order status anytime from your account dashboard.

Shipping Delays & Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly (replacement, repair coordination with the carrier, or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy).
